Experience –
Has 5+ years’ experience successfully completing and/or overseeing professional installations up to or larger than 40,000 SF
KNOWLEDGE OF RESINOUS COATINGS –
Able to teach and train others in proper mixing, application, safety, storage, and handling of resinous coatings
KRETUS® KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING –
• Able to display, demonstrate, and discuss products with others
• May teach KRETUS® certification training
• Offers alternative application and mixing techniques when unforeseen problems arise
ON SITE SUPERVISION –
• Able to oversee and take full responsibility of entire installation
• Consults with other experts to find solutions for challenges presented in the field
• May schedule follow-up site visits after installation is completed
Project Overview –
• Develops healthy working relationships with all parties involved in installation process including distributors, applicators, architects, and end users
• Practices flexibility and finds solutions to unforeseeable challenges
• Easily meets or exceeds expectations
