Types of Anti-Slip

  • AO (Aluminum Oxide) 220, 120, 80, 60, 36: Square granules with high skid resistance. Mixing sizes (AO 80 + AO 60) enhances traction. 

  • Bead 100, 50, 50/100, 20: Uniform round plastic beads from fine (100) to coarse (20). Bead 50/100 is a 50/50 blend for balanced grip. 

  • Tex 50: A balanced mix of round and square granules for versatile slip resistance.

Slip-Coefficient Testing

Slip-Coefficient testing ensures resinous floors deliver the safe traction, code compliance, and long-term performance required for demanding environments. It reduces liability, guides system selection, and proves that a coated floor is safe, even when wet or contaminated.

Testing Method

By using the American Slip Meter 825A, Kretus is able to accurately measure the slip resistance of our different anti-slips.​ The final results below show an average result of three tests for each Anti-Slip.
